Without cancellation insurance
In the event of late arrival or early departure compared to the booked dates, no refund will be made. In the event of cancellation, the sums paid remain the property of the campsite.
If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, in the event of cancellation before arrival, interruption of your stay or late arrival, whatever the cause — illness, accident or unforeseen event —, you will be liable for the balance of the booking and no refund will be granted.

Neat Camping cancellation insurance
Your worry-free holiday guarantee! This optional insurance costs 5.5% of the price of the stay.
It guarantees the refund of your stay in the event of an unforeseen event before your arrival, and also covers you in the event of late arrival, interruption of your stay, replacement vehicle, veterinary costs or forgotten items.
What is refunded
Whatever the reason for cancellation, the amounts paid are refunded to you:
- 100% with proof (medical reason, death, accident, etc.);
- 70% without proof (€15 deductible), but with a mandatory reason. This reason must correspond to a contingency, that is to say an unforeseen event, independent of your will and occurring fortuitously: sudden illness, vehicle breakdown on the journey, unforeseen family incident, etc.

If the campsite cancels
If the campsite cancels, except in the event of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded. This cancellation cannot, however, give rise to the payment of damages.
