Camping pitches :

• Arrival from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Departure for 12.00 noon. 
• Arrival / departure everyday. Overnight stay.
• 19 large pitches from 80 to 120 m2, half-shadowed to sunny places, in grassy ground, most with an electrical connection, 10 amps. Capacity of 6 people maximum per pitch. 
• Possibility to rent a small fridge (to rent, limited stock)
• A renovated toilett block, accessible to people with reduced mobility : shower cabins, sinks, WC, bathroom for people with reduced mobility, laundry and dishwashing tubes, baby bath - closed toilett cubicles and a closed baby bathroom.
• A pitch for people with reduced mobility (nr 37, closed to the sanitary block)
• Pets : 1 or 2 pets allowed (except dogs cat. 1 and 2 and new pets)
• The recharging of electric vehicles on all sockets on the campsite is strictly prohibited ! (risk of fire and damage to your vehicle). Several charging stations are located in Saint-Félicien and Lamastre (parking downtown and at the supermarket Super U).

Our 26 unusual accomodations :

• Arrival from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm. 
• Departure for 11.00 am, after the check-out.
• All our rentals have an equipped kitchen area (except the Bivouac tent).
• Our animal friends (cats and dogs only) are allowed, vaccinated and kept on leash, in certain rentals (in consultation with the Managment), added cost 2€ / pet / night.
• Only the Flower Cottage, both Finnish Kota, the Enchanted Cabin, the Bohemian caravan and the Ranch Chalet are equipped with sanitary facilities. For all other accomodations, a toilet block with all the necessary amenities is available at the center of the campsite. To respect nature, no accomodation is equipped with television or air conditionning.
• Possibility to rend an additional fireplace : 8€ / night. 
• 1 vehicle per pitch. Possibility for a second vehicle (added cost).
• A 30% deposit is required on booking, 50% 2 months before your arrival and the balance 1 month before.
• For recipient of a gift box, please contact us by phone or email. Do not book on our website. 
• A € 150 (includiing € 35 € cleaning deposit) or € 200 € (incl. € 70 € cleaning deposit) for the accomodations with sanitary facilities, will be requested and reimbursed after the check-out.
  
  
• Minimum stay :
  • 1 night : in low season (before the 17/05) 
  • 2 nights : for the luxury accomodations (Kibo, Jungle Lodge, Flower Cottage, Kotas, Enchanted Cabin, Bohemian caravan and Ranch Chalet) during the low and mid-season and for the simples accommodations (yurts, Wigwam, perched hut, Tipis, Trapper huts, Coco Sweet, Pod, Barrel and Bivouac) during all the weekends of the mid-season. 
  • 3 nights : during the Ardechoise week (cycling event), during the bank holiday weekends and during the high season for the simple accomodations.
  • 4 nights : in very high season for the simple accomodations.
  • 5 nights : in high season (free arrival date) for the luxury accomodations
  • 7 nights : in very high season (free arrival date) for the luxury accomodations.

The cancellation insurance that we offer now covers the Covid-19 risk !

Whatever happens, with Campez-Couvert, you are protected. Cancellation insurance reimburses you the sums paid in the event of :

- COVID : Covid-19 disease, contact case (confirmed by a medical opinion) or absence of vaccination (if the country of destination did not impose a vaccine at the time of subscription)

- Medical reasons : serious illness, serious accident or death, contraindication due to the state of pregnancy, contraindication following vaccination

- Personal reasons : presentation with a view to adopting a child, remedial examination, organ transplant, etc...

- Serious damage to your vehicle : within 48 hours before the day of your arrival

- Professional reasons : cancellation or amendment of the dates of paid holidays, redundancy or contractual termination, professional transfer, obtaining a job, etc...

- Serious damage to your professional or private premises (fire, explosion, water damage, theft, natural disasters)

- Theft of identity card, driving license or passport, refusal of boarding after a temperature measurement

Guarantees : cancellation of stay, late arrival, interruption of stay, replacement vehicle, forgetting of an object...
In short, everything is covered, except the change of mind !
